Be very careful this markets weird ,remember our dollar has had a large drop so property here is looking cheaper to overseas buyers.
Sydney of course is extremely hard to read ,but its an internatonal city with a good lifestyle relatively safe and a chronic land shortage .
I am constantly amazed at he prices being received ,my heart bleeds for the first home buyers but will hang in there ,heck I bought in 1976 so if I drop a few hundred grand who cares.
