Brisbane only just finding its feet. It has a long way to go, as it is that much cheaper then Sydney and Melbourne it's not funny. I spoke to agent over who had to buyer one from Sydney and one from melbourne. He said they had both sold theirs houses for around 1.3mil relatively and said both were pretty average houses. They were looking to buy something around the 800k mark which would get them something far nicer and 500k less.
