Mongy. really? You would think BHP, Vale, Anglo, RIO and all the other "big boys" would have the best Managers on the planet.

These are huge operations operating in multi national locations. By contrast TGS is a small junior operation and quite able to be scrutinised first hand by its directors and managers. It is reasonable to expect that this stuff up absolutely could and should have been avoided. The big boys you mention can afford to make mistakes but TGS can't. They drew down a $50 million advance payment facility to pay for the construction of the plant at its Kipoi Copper Project. This company must get important things right.
