I also follow this one. Strangely TII has a buy recommendation on it. They don't have many buys left so its in there and has been there a long time.
I think I like the conservative approach and high profit retention. This is not normal for ASX listed companies as it seems directors have always felt they could easily raise funds by issuing shares or debt. When management owns a large chunk it seems reality and realistic set in. Havent come running for money and rights issues and diluted you to nothing.
I think its one for the bottom drawer and not traders as well. For this reason not many will follow.
I think its a good idea for the longer term investors to start using this forum to just share ideas and opportunities.
Do your own research before any investment decision I have been wrong many times before and will be wrong many times into the future.
