Thanks for the response raks.

Far out, my brother and I posted one allotment each out at the same time, in the same mail delivery. His have been allocated mine haven't. A Bank cheque was used for the transaction, the Bank cheque for both transactions debited from my account. I will be following it up tomorrow.

What sort of recourse is there for a case like this? Has anyone else been in this situation?
