I'd speak to Paul Williams, as he is the Company Secretary.

If you appeal to their sense of common decency if hte cheque has gone astray - and it wasn't too many options, I'd say they might be abole to jiggle some numbers to give you some from the allocation.
You might have to get the Bank Cheque stopped - (that's always a worry as there is no real guarantee it has been cleared until something like this happens)
You can electronically, or branch deposit funds into their account.
He might be able to arrange an off market transfer if they let you take some.....

I'm not saying he will, just htat if I was the Co Sec, that's what I'd try to arrange, and they ARE trying to be shareholder friendly.
