some people treat their stock market portfoolios like the dodgy little stick figure family stickers on their SUV, maybe i should start a sticker busines so all the SUVS can display e.g pdn ,wow, etc etc

Learn to sell, cull your stick figure family. start again. Pay the tax, Ask yourself would you buy that favourite when you hold none
