Anyone Familiar with "Section 203D of the Corporations Act"?, page-69

Hi all, in answer to A/O last question I would imagine it's all about leadership and ego, (don't know which comes first), I'm assumeing that most s/h are mums and dads, a few proffesionals in different industries and old age pensioners, (me), for those that have the leadership, qualifications, confidence, honesty and smarts to lead this outfit would not be easy to find, the very good one's are already commited and would already have a good reputation, why put it at risk with a failure, this why I have said in the past if you recognise some-one with these qualities, grab them, offer them good remueration and hope for the best. FMS united must have a list candidates plus there is no reason why others cannot throw there hat in the ring, I guess at the end of the day its all up to I/G to perform or we wouldn't be haveing this conversation, I will wait for my return call and see what comes out off it ?
