Mike has a route to market with the Asians. Do you know what that means? It means that if the Asians do a deal with ESI, he will make alot of money. I don't know how much but I would assume millions of $$$.
Look at MNM. Their directors have bought millions of shares. Has their share price not collaped despite their directors owning shares? Why own shares when you can earn money in a smarter way.
