I finally bit the bullet and sold my LLC holding at $12.08 on 23 Nov. Turns out I could have got a bit more but I think that if there is to be any takeover it won't happen now. They would wait till the speculation subsides - without GPT management fees LLC will suffer - I think there is substantial downside risk, and Frank Lowey or the rumoured merchant bank will be able to pick it up a lot cheaper.
This is not a down ramp as I no longer have an interest - whats more I am very bad at taking losses - I always leave it way too long. But hopefully I can now do something better with the proceeds.
