Yep Kea seems to be a jewel in the crown. New acquisition et all should make this co one with a 50m turnover. EBIT could be 4M$. Main issue will be execution risks in putting 3 businessess with completely different cultures and markets together. Mgmt doesnt seem to mind diluting its weak stake and capital is huge. Still very expensive funding and conversion clauses will put pressure on month end till april 08.
something to be watched. Should discuss further on this. Any idea how to communicate.
