Snake Im heavily into MMG at around $4.30, my broker is mad on it ( Macquarie Margin Lending ). Paying around 11% with some of it tax deffered and backed by Macquarie Group. I use it for income but also expect reasonable capital growth.
MMG is still under its issue price of 2 years ago ( $4.75 ) and in my view under rated. Divs expected to increase in the future, seems a winner with little down side to me.
