Agree that sovereign risk will keep the shareprice below $2.14 NTA for now.
But more difficult to dismiss are the profit and cashflow figures which were
to say the least – superb! Net profit almost DOUBLED and EPS rose to
16.9c per share --- from 10c in 2002 and 1.4c in 2000! CASHFLOW
rose 291% from $7m in 2002 to $28m in 2003. The company now
has a CASH BACKING of 45c/s compared to 12c last year
PLUS investment properties ‘worth’ $120,000,000
Even if you discount these by 50% for risk
You get an asset backing of $1.40
DOUBLE TODAYS SHARE PRICE
which would still only place
UOS on a small P/E of 8.
Not bad for a stock
that has increased
EPS 1180% since
2000! Kahuna?
