The March 03 cashflow statement shows positive cashflows on an operating level of $8.7m for 7006 tonnes on nickel.
The Dec 02 cashflow statement shows positive cashflows on an operating level of $2.8m for 6852 tonnes of nickel.
Both quarterlys above show positive cashflows on an operating level at 28,000 tonnes pa.
No doubt highgrading is an issue. You can either aquire better ore or increase throughput capacity. With Bulong gone, dosent that leave an autoclave sitting idle?
What about Stage 2 expansion?
Herron may have quality ore, but what are the economics of getting it to Murrin Murrin. Is it feasible? Something must be brewing with Herron if they are aquiring more laterite tenaments, but it is not reflected in it share price. How much more dilution in placements will occur at Herron before a sugar daddy comes along?
What is the future of Caswe?
No doubt there are plenty more permutations. A fascinating next fews years lie ahead.
