As far as Heron's dilution is concerned, you perhaps have formed your opinion without understanding fully what is happening at Heron. At last count 107 million shares on issue, a healthy bank account for a junior and with tenements listed as long as your arm (all highly prospective) for nickel laterite,nickel sulphides and gold not to mention highly promising dirt in the Gawler Craton of S.A. all to the advantage of shareholders through spin offs.
