Yea I saw that, interesting times indeed. I sent an email the other day to the company through the investor relation part of their website. Got a good response in relation to the jv. They said that they were finalising the legals and regulatory guide lines before they announce to market more detail. However, they did say that they have got a ceo lined up for the company that will run it. Didn't get anything specific but they did say it was not far of finalising.
When they do announce I hope they do a morning announcement to gather some attention. They seem to always announce at 5 in the arvo. For example the half yearly was quite good and should of got more attention but it was announced at 5 on Friday arvo when no one was looking.
