They must have a Refi coming up due to the short term debt on the balance sheet, but I have not looked into it in depth.

Another think I dont really like is the low turnover on the stock, as there is always the chance a major shareholder has yet to dump in distress. IMO (might be wrong) low turnover stocks reflect value attributed by major shareholders, rather than the market. Hence the 209% ratio above is far below many other REIT's. Might be because it is a better company though - I am interested in hearing about it.
