    they (being management) have an impressive track record of successfully starting mines in high risk countries.

    considering what happened in central asia, where CGX's main project was taken away from them, the company is now in a very good position with the mature masbate project.

    i would attribute the quick turnaround in the fortunes of CGX to the management team.
