I have been following TGM since 2018 when it was still called Stonewall Resources.
I do not post to often on TGM, it's kind of a strange one imho. If you look at the chart for a short time, you often have the feeling that you are watching the paint dry on the wall. But nevertheless, since the last low point in mid-2022, the price has risen from 5c to about 15c today.
I first engaged in Stonewall in 2018, then topped up some parcels in 2019 at around 10c, but sold out in March 2020 for 18 cents, maybe a bit too early when you look at the decade's chart

Since Dec 2022 I started collecting several parcels again from below 7c up to 17c in 2024.
I don't see as many red flags as @Mus Cabout mentioned, but obviously he is right:
- Timelines continue to drag out by several years without sufficient reason
- The positive is that they seem to raise capital with relative ease.
He says: "If the MC drops below $60mil again I'll start to reconsider." So that means price of 7c again. I just say good luck to your reconsideration

For my part, I've just been wondering what's happening at TGM lately. Only a few weeks ago TGM Investor Relation's Brent Hofman created an Investor community hub "to keep up to date with our activities, engage with management and interact with other investors. From now on, you'll be the first to be notified about our announcements, webinars and other updates."
You will be asked to complete your profile, number of shares and your HIN or SRN. I registered there without HIN ot SRN and my number of holdings, because I'm an overseas investor.
But I asked only one crucial question:

Perhaps Mr. Bill Guy will be able to answer the shareholders' crucial question:

When will gold production start?

I got no direct answer, but surprise, surprice .... In addition to the quarterly report with a lot of progress information, there was an additional ann for all shareholders

- Comments by the Chairman, Bill Guy:
“We are pleased to report that Theta is nearing build-ready with a fully designed, engineered and
permitted gold processing facility. The transition from planning to action has begun with the decommissioning of the old plant and site preparation well underway. This is a major step forward in transforming Theta into a near-term gold producer.
“I encourage all shareholders to review the final design video. Note the video includes all stages of
plant build, including the sulphide circuit, scheduled to be built at later stages.
‘Yellow equipment, including excavators, and cranes will be used to clean up and decommission the old plant footprint. Repair work will also be done on the existing electrical and water management system. “We thank the long-term shareholders who have shown further support for the company’s aspirations to become a gold producer by exercising their options”.

So the recent activities (see above) gives me more confidence in progress going on !
By the way, there is only a very small free float in TGM shares, as far as I know over 80% in secure hands.
Therefore, one can only speculate why they are establishing an investor community hub to provide the company with exact information of this tiny free float of shareholders and information about the shares held.
Conclusion from me: It will be some time before the first gold is mined, but when that happens it will likely be at the lowest AISC of under $700.
You have to be patient here, there are several other small cap goldies that will start production much earlier or are already doing so. I hold some of these others too.
But keep in mind, this is not investment advice, just my humble opinion.
