given the amount of time it's taken for BKT to progress FCI discussions and still not have a signed agreement I would tend think that perhaps WKT are not giving FCI the attention it requires. Although I have often asked myself "how hard can it be?" the world developed a series of covid vaccines in less time than it's taken for the numb nuts in TZ government to work out where 16 lies in the scale of 1 to 100.
