It really comes back to specification of the end user (POSCO POSCO POSCOO) and how you refine and process a bit of dirt to a high value product. The value is in the processing.
Going through the same thing in the Vanadium space at the moment with 'in situ' grades versus costs of production of a highly specified end product (and by-products).
