When they dropped I looked and thought too risky becuase intangibles are high after the float. Poor trading could trigger revaluations and snowball down.
However, they seemed to hold up OK. Yesterday, they lodged a substantial shareholder notice from Metrepark Pty Ltd who spent approx $35 million since 17 May buying 8.5%
Metrepark share the same building, floor and company secretary as Premier Investments.
