Possibly economies of scale, surprising as it may seem - it seems Konekt is actually one of the larger players in its space, and one of the few with a national footprint. Though the costs of the ASX-listing are a downside here. Also, there are probably even better economies of scale to be had, so if Konekt continues to be profitable I wouldn't be surprised to see a takeover from a company like Primary Health Care.
