thanks for sharing your experience and there is no substitute for physical delivery. I have dealt with Perth Mint, ABC Bullion etc reliable but Perth Mint has pretty high delivery charges considering a local delivery. I ordered a selection of coins, cast and minted bars from a US company and the last 200 ounces was wrapped in plastic and dropped in post bag and smashed its way to WA and every minted bar was damaged and they couldnt give a stuff. They talk the talk when commenting in a public forum but in the end did nothing. They received a liberal dose of Aussie vernacular via email and will never do business again. I hope your metal turns up safe and intact.
