personally i cant see any reason ever to not hold my own in one of my own properties. but then i dont have tonnes of the stuff - that would make a difference
one thing ive learnt over the past 10 years through truly bitter experience - you can trust no one - once they have a financial incentive to screw you over. not friends, not people you do well by professionally. not family. they will all screw you if there is sufficient incentive
the only people you can trust are those you dont know who have nothing to gain from doing so
