I think that Kronos is relying on the fact that when apg signed the deal that the designs were locked in and so was the budget, now we can look at things from Kronos point of view in that our management (as they always do) promised them that there will in no shape or form be anything that will delay/cost more than what they signed up for, and in my view when apg decided one fine summers evening to completely scrap the singed plans and budget of the deal Kronos expectation of a plant by an agreed upon time then Kronos sure has the right to take them to court, now from what I can see they cannot recover the share placement funding how ever when it comes to licensing agreement funds then IMO I believe 100% that they will win the rights to recover those funds, so to those that like to comfort each other by singing sings and dancing around the imagination fire m, I say stop bring so biased and see things from a logical perspective....
