Can't see how it would have been possible to promise them
"that there will in no shape or form be anything that will delay/cost more than what they signed up for".



APG state they have in place risk management strategies. These would normally include strategies to indemnify the company against certain operational processes. And when you purchase shares in placements like Kronos did there is usually documentation which indemnifies a company against the risks of investing including risks associated with the operations of the company.

Maybe they have another angle to pursue other than just delay and budget ones.
