Lets get a grip on all this. The big holders (like every one else) especially KAH have an interest in a strong SP, after all, their entire corporate value is underpinned by their EXT holdings. Even if they are still acquiring at 'best price', the transaction averages don't show this. Clearly then what we are witnessing of late and especially today, is fear-driven small and relatively small holders bailing, and shorters cleaning up after them, but very likely (and this needs to be firmly remembered by retail holders) all restricted to only the 30-40% retail stock available. It still affects the SP but it's short-term reactionary thinking, rather than 100% broadly spread market sentiment. This is a BIG story we're involved in here. It'll take a few weeks to get to the next chapter IMO.
