Just saw a clip where a woman claimed she wanted to take cash out for a caravan, no amount was mfor entioned, Bank West in WA declined, it went to a manager then state manager, they cited risks and refused to let them have cash. This kept going ofr over a week.
The bank allowed them 1/3 of the request and refused the rest in cash, a bank cheque etc but not physical cash...
???
