Hi, i have owned ceu from its float. With everything looking like it is on target i am thinking to buy on dips. Track record of these sorts of companies shows that they run once opening. I am just querious as to what the melbournites think of this toll road. Will it work? My concern is that it becomes a dud like the cross city tunnel in sydney and i am not sure if the Eastern Distributor is that successful as well. Will people use this road????
