re: infrastructure/cheapest stock I dont see saving time will change much, most wage earner are permanent and most part-time workers also has fixed amount of time to work, they dont get paid to work more hours. mabe just to save time to spend with family.also people on public transport dont need toll roads. they might need faster trains.
