There is a possibility that I will be moving to Townsville in the near future. I just want to know from any HC member that lives or has been to Townsville, what the Real Estate market is like. Is it worth buying? Is the market falling there? Is it still a good investment and what are the house prices like. I have checked the net and the housing didn't look to crash hot for the prices, compared to WA that is.
Any comments/info on Townsville also welcome.
