it doesnt matter if they do or they dont,the psychology of trading indicates to me, that since the prev ann, the market thinks they will, hence the buy up,

How the hell would you know? Are you privy to some exclusive piece of information that the entire market has been deprived of? In which case this would raise serious questions about insider trading.
You cant say things in your posts without facts to back it up, if you do, you lose credibility.
