This is not advice, but if an existing s'holder was to take the view that TH is going ahead and good news comes out of the workshop (potentially in early Nov) then 14 cents is a steal IMO.
That is the fun of it, is it not? No-one really knows. Only time will reveal whether we will be saying in the near future "fortune favoured the brave" or "who was the fool that bought more TZN".
