I don't pay any seious attention to broker valuations. Haven't for years, thankfully.
Valuations of ARQ that I have seen have always been far too conservative for my liking.
Broker valuations are either too pessimistic or at the top of a bull run too optimistic.
Remember plenty of broker recommendations and evaluations in October 1987?
If you do, you'll never pay attention to them again.
In 1996 remember how "cheap" Laverton Gold was. It was going to more than double from 45c in the coming months. It went nowhere. Well, it eventually went bust.
