re: arq iopen +0.05 , now 1.72 ARQ is going nicely. I wonder if those who sold out trying to trade are scrambling to get back in?

ARQ plan to have 2 rigs doing oilers back to back very soon .... they're saying that there is 200mmbbloe out there to be found . [50/50% share ofcourse]

then about a week later when nothing has fundamentally changed tell us that ARQ are overvalued and quote $1.60 to us.
Especially considering the price of oil had also risen substantially in the meantime - and ARQ is unhedged.
