Although I did not speak to Frank Carr myself, a friend of mine was able to speak to him and yes, the company is now controlled by Frank Carr. The voting was virtually unanimous in his favour at the meeting.
I was told the company will re-commence operations as a telco, an ASX requirement for re-listing. Shares should be quoted on the ASX in three to four months.
All in all good news for shareholders.
