As creditors with 7% shares ownership of this company that we were advised was safe & stable with prudent financial management and with US$100M cash at bank by 31 December, we have a legal and moral right to attend and sue in the event that the representations made to the Aust investing public were in any way incorrect and there was material non-disclosure.
An indpt administrator has decided to keep the CFO & CEO in charge when they caused the VA in the first place which seems to have been primarily caused by a cash shortage solely attributable to unannounced unbudgeted capex spending & income sales not coming in.

Considering the trauma and nervous shock we have all endured yet with no panic selling or no notice of this prior to the VA, we deserve answers and our loss and damages recovered in full plus interest.
