Long term you should be fine its now paying a div yield of 10% fully franked, has 8.5% tier 1 capital and unlikely to need to raise more. You could halve that divvy and still be doing much better than any term deposit is likely to pay you.
Technically its oversold on the weekly and monthly RSI and outside the bollinger bands on daily, weekly and monthly views.
