My 2 cents worth: ML in the wrong on disclosure. Stock was in halt and rest of market was informed at 730pm, but noone could trade. Effectively, if ML had done their job, everyone would have been informed at same time ie as long as stock was in halt.
The downgrade was almost in market in any case. Stock sold at 26 was a gimme.
