I was the only (politely) critical shareholder at the AGM. Most of the Board were online & they were mute, leaving the CEO, who showed up in-person, to speak. Everyone was very nice but, in fairness, I have no idea what they do all day.
A good start would be to reduce the size of the board and for most board members to be paid in shares, subject to the company achieving milestones. In fairness, some board members have been actively buying shares. Those who haven't ought to hang their heads down in shame.
