The only positive note i saw is resolution 2 and 3 are not passed. Management cut cost? I say cut your salary first if we only plan to spend 1 mil dollar in drilling 4 holes next year while " new management" sitting there saying they save us 1.5 mil p.a while they eroding the MC by possibly couple million a year.
