Its more a matter of issuing shares to whom!!

1748 is a very good lease!

Thats why the previous management worked so hard to get it to this application stage.

Im pretty sure we will see some legal action over this matter if the res 2 doesn't get passed. Im sure there are some issues over the timing of the EGM and that the company has already spent the lenders cash. Possibly also over who is voting it down also? All imo of course.
