Some questions need answering..

Why issue 50 million shares when there is already enuff money to fund drill campaign, when SP is so low? Why not wait for the "sure to be good results" & then raise money?
(They do say allotment may occur progressively.)

Are these shares already earmarked for specific peoples? 50 mill is a significant issue compared to existing capital.

Why is the 3 month cap there?

Their last placement was a bargain at the time! Looks like share price will create another bargain!
