Why not? How long do you have? Go through the financials for the last 2 years. The continual broken promises. I can't be bothered listing everything as I have before but there are plenty of reasons why Hyslop and his crew have done their dough with a lot of investors.

Why? Because you are having trouble picking a horse at Ellerslie on the weekend and just have a need to get rid of some cash quickly. If thats the case I would recommend making a donation to a charity of your choice and be more content you are helping x,y,z and can claim the tax deduction.

I genuinely think they have minimal chance of raising the money they wish. The place has such a toxic reputation with investors IMO. They could be selling their grandmother in July to pay the power bill.
