    CADCO is the 50/50 company formed between BLADE and VIKING on the premise that BLADE wins arbitration and RAI has its original share of Cadlao removed. Not a done deal as of yet.

    the irony being, BLADE still ends up with RAI as a JV partner thru RAIs newly aquired stake in VenturOil.
