I do believe I was mislead by AG & Co but I don't think it was done to hold up price for others to exit. I personally believe AG & Co thought they could contain the UK problems without informing shareholders but they were way over their heads. The problems escalated and by the time SH were informed the damage was too severe to be repairable.

If AG & Co informed shareholders of the UK problems timely many shareholders like me would not have held on to average down on unrealistic guidance reaffirmed several times. I personally believe every 2015 Director has contributed to SH losses and suffering.
