Jimk3758, it is not that they did not inform SH properly. They have mislead mom and dad SH to enable their friends to profitably exit and mom and dad shareholders to cover all the cost. They have informed their friends and created opportunity for them to exit profitably. Why was there a lot of selling otherwise from large investors to mom and dad investors while directors were releasing positive reports?
