Wouldn’t it make sense for us to buy at 1c through the offer rather than 1c on the market, in order to help the company remain solvent? As it reads to me the offer is only underwritten to 600k. That is not enough to keep the doors open based on the reports tendered recently. By buying through the offer as opposed to on the market, we are providing additional capital that will give VRC some breathing room for a short period of time in the hope of securing funding.
Wouldn’t it make sense for us to buy at 1c through the offer...
