Should be no different to any other single leaf build. Single leaf builds aren't new, even in Australia. They build houses with 200 series blocks up north all the time(north Queensland, Darwin), no cavity. FBRs blocks are actually 50mm wider.

If it was going to expand to the point of cracking all the plaster the blocks wouldn't have passed.
